Tending the Garden of Our Heart

As a flower farmer, I have come to the conclusion that we are very similar to dahlias and sunflowers.

Why? you might ask....well...dahlias and sunflowers grow better when they are planted in goups.  

When they grow close together, they help each other reach for the light; they protect each other from strong winds and grow taller while rooted to the earth.

With the inspiration given to me from the dahlias and sunflowers. this workshop was born.  

Because we all need a sunflower and dahlia commUNITY.

Our time together will give us the opportunity to connect and tend to the garden of our heart; which needs as much attention as our gardens at home.

• To establish a connection to this healing land through medicine making, earthing, dancing and a deep interaction with the flowers growing here.
• To share a meal together using the fruits and vegetables coming out of our food garden.
• To establish a deep connection with our Sunflower and Dahlia commUNITY.
• To dance and laugh together. 
• To learn about journaling with nature as our mirror of our inner world.
• To experience Sound Healing as a powerful tool to access our true essence.
